Carlijn Jacobs (b. 1991) is a Dutch-born photographer and director based in Paris. A graduate of Willem de Kooning Academy, she gained early recognition for her witty critiques of mass culture. Drawing inspiration from Surrealism, Art Deco, and Camp, her work challenges modernism's conservative definitions of art. In 2021, Art Paper Editions published her first monograph, "Mannequins," while her editorial projects have appeared in Vogue, Vogue France, Vogue Italia, Dazed, Pop, D Repubblica, M le Monde and AnOther Magazine.
